Poll: Germans overwhelmingly want closer ties to Russia and China

a new Pew poll (http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2018/11/26/americans-and-germans-are-worlds-apart-in-views-of-their-countries-relationship/)
Germans reject the USA: Just 24% of Germans say the U.S.-German relationship is "good,"
72% say they want more independence from the U.S. when it comes to foreign policy,
and a whopping 67% would like to see Germany cooperate more with China.

the most interesting analysis is the Pew poll article.
the most interesting point is that this is being spun by (Trump hating/CIA 'friendly') Axios.
Have a nice day.

They won't like what buddying up to China will get them.

Huh...a lesser of two evils scenario. And they lean toward China... lol

One thing I’ve learned being abroad all over this earth, foreigners are much more politicaly aware than the dumbed down folks in Amerika. A result of common core.

Which gets me thinking... with all this stuff trump is doing...MAGA and all... how come he doesn’t do something to help root one of the problems, like end Common Core and the FedDeptEd?

If Germans want to align themselves again on that axis, fine with me.

I've been looking forward to a three-peat

If only we could get such positive results from Americans.

Maybe they would and maybe they wouldn't... but you surely aren't embracing polls, right? I mean, they FUBAR local ones, yet a poll in fracking Germany is where they get it right?

I'd sooner believe a headline that reads, "According to a guy I know, who dated a half German broad back in high school..."

What'd it get us? Common core? I agree completely - anyone who has a kid in the government school system will know precisely what I mean.

Someone once told me, when everybody around you is an a$$hole, its remotely possible that it is you who are the a$$hole. In the context of this discussion, there seems to be a lot of a$$holes surrounding the USA these days.

Looks like the globalist strategy of pivoting away from a US to a China controlled world economy is paying off. Or this propaganda poll and article would have us believe so.

That and a hollowed out economy plus tons Communist propaganda in our Universities, political interference that gives us politicians like the Clintons and endless espionage corporate, military and political.

Ever meet one of those parents with the bratty kid that could do no wrong? Sorry... my mind was wandering.

I think that China learned a lot more from the US than we learned from them. And the US learned a lot more from the USSR than anybody else. We're still employing torture enhanced interrogation techniques that were perfected by the socialist Russians.

Nobody should trust any foreign government, their own governments don't deserve much trust but foreign governments deserve even less.
