It is sickening to see Trump bend like a reed to a district court judge
who all the headlines say blocked the asylum ban. The law says only the AG and
NO COURT can do this.

Trump is a poser and a coward. Just another fraud who is playing us.

DHS secretary says Trump administration will comply with and appeal asylum-ban ruling.

(2) Exceptions
(A) Safe third country

Paragraph (1) shall not apply to an alien if the Attorney General determines that the alien may be removed, pursuant to a bilateral or multilateral agreement, to a country (other than the country of the alien’s nationality or, in the case of an alien having no nationality, the country of the alien’s last habitual residence) in which the alien’s life or freedom would not be threatened on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion, and where the alien would have access to a full and fair procedure for determining a claim to asylum or equivalent temporary protection, unless the Attorney General finds that it is in the public interest for the alien to receive asylum in the United States.

No court shall have jurisdiction to review any determination of the Attorney General under paragraph (2)

How do you think that paragraph is relevant to Trump's proclamation?

MAGA is not perfect but some of attacks on him from the Right field had crossed the line and characterization by some conservatives went too far:

Much as I loathe the Reality-TV-Character-In-Chief, I wonder if his spiritual heir, the next duce of the party's nationalist wing, might not be worse.

By the time Trump leaves office, it seems that he will have wrought more agitation than action: much more bark than bite.

...which may leave a lot of dissatisfied muh jerbs/muh cultures volk looking for someone to more consistently pursue their agenda.
