I would vote for either of the first two but I only get to vote for one.

This whole broken rib thing is cover for her returning to the nesting grounds underneath DIA for her annual molting. She will return renewed and years younger.

Yes after dozens of cocktails of blood from aborted fetuses she will be ready to interpret many things in The Bill of Rights for the glory of the left wing.

Ginsburgs a fighter. She'll make sure shes still there until Trump leaves office.

if its bad, maybe she retires after the current session and Trump replaces. If its not bad, she will wait till shortly after 2020 election to retire.

If the Dems somehow win in 2020, I can see her stepping down. She probably would have already stepped down by now if Hillary won. It's what she was banking on.

I can't see her resigning with a Republican president as long as she is living. She doesn't actually have to fulfill any responsibilities to keep her tenure. According to wiki:

No mechanism exists for removing a justice who is permanently incapacitated by illness or injury, but unable (or unwilling) to resign.

I could see the dems keeping her on indefinite life support until the time comes. They could keep her technically alive for decades. Simply brain dead won't cut it.

If that happens Trump should appoint at least one extra Justice.

I thought she was human, and therefore wouldn't make it past pancreatic cancer. So I was out before the poll opened.
