In an apparent bid to bypass the liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and seek an immediate resolution to its effort to end the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, the Trump administration on Monday made the unusual decision to ask the Supreme Court to take over three cases concerning pending lawsuits that seek to preserve DACA.
A three-judge panel at the San Francisco-based federal appellate court heard arguments in May on whether the administration could end DACA, and the federal government had warned it would ask for high-court intervention if the appeals court did not decide by last Wednesday.

How much influence top donors of MAGA has with the Supremes... enough to get the hearings started before polling closes tomorrow?

swordsmyth, do you agree or disagree with MAGA's stance on this?

You didn't answer the question though about the central point relating to discussion you started.

"swordsmyth, do you agree or disagree with MAGA's stance on this?"

Or like other controversial issues, you are agnostic on this issue also?

Earlier this year the Supreme ordered the cases back to the lower courts and those courts have not completed their deliberations and rulings. Their (Supreme Court) current docket is set so unless they change their minds and decide to take an emergency hearing, it may not get back to them until sometime next year. They don't usually like to step over lower courts before they have issued their rulings.

The Justice Department urged the Supreme Court on Monday to take up a legal battle over the Trump administration's attempt to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, despite lower courts having yet to rule on the legality of the effort.

The big picture: The administration has been trying to bypass lower-court rulings on some of President Trump’s signature policy proposals with the hope that the now conservative Supreme Court majority will help push his measures through.

Yes, but: The Supreme Court appears to have noticed this trend.

On Friday, it declined a request to block a landmark youth climate lawsuit.

And in February, the high court rejected a petition to consider a DACA case in California before a federal court could weigh in.

The details: The DOJ argues that by the time the lower courts rule on the issue it might be too late to get the case on the Supreme Court's 2018-2019 docket. If so, that means the administration would have to keep the Obama-era program for at least another year.

Meanwhile, cases in California, New York, and Washington, D.C. are challenging the legality of Trump’s attempt to undo DACA, which protects unauthorized immigrants who came to the U.S. as children from deportation.

Would it be accurate to read from your answer that you disgaree with MAGA on this issue and agree with Breitbart?

DACA must end and illegals must leave, Trump's score on the issue will depend on what happens and how much he has to do with it, he may have wanted to show that the Demoncrats wouldn't compromise and knew that nothing would pass with Republicans in control of both houses.

You have clarified your own stance multiple times on this issue.
But it seems from your multiple answers that you are not sure what the stance of GOP conservative's current leader is on this issue but will be prepared to score him when things happen later at the end of current slow-tracking court battles.
