It's top down fund-raiser... they are always lack luster. Though it was on CNN yesterday in the situation room, by the same girl who covered the blimp.

Help! Iowa Front Runner needs Gas Money! HAHAHAHAHA
Maybe he should get on faux news and tell people his plan to lower the gas prices so he can campaign! "My plan for gas prices is the destroy the gas tax and replace it with a National Substance Abuse Tax. And I came up with this plan because I am running for President."

Oh delete, I shouldn't give Huck any ideas.

well thats to be expected really. Historically before any big fund raising day there is a huge lull.

Exactly. Remember, remember (the days preceding) the 5th of November....

Sigh even louder.

We might break Huckabee's money firecracker by 12:30 AM on DECEMBER 16TH! He's going BROKE! Look at all of the money he's pouring into Iowa. Once he TANKS in New Hampshire, he won't even have enough gas to get down to South Carolina! It doesn't matter if he wins Iowa because he's got NO support and NO ability to get through February 5th. He peaked too early and now he's being exposed as a neo-con in Iowa! If he does not win there, he's FINISHED! His media driven campaign is going DOWN faster than Fred Thompson in the polls!

Maybe Huck can sell his bus to pay for his gas...

Hey Huck, have you heard of Credit Cards...If your a little straped for cash, American Express can maybe spot you

210k is pretty good if you look at Huck's Q3 totals, he made as much in 1 day as he made in a month the previous quarter.

Then again, on Nov. 5th we made as much for RP as he made in almost all the previous quarter XD

It would be funny if the news broke when Huckabee was doing an interview. "This just in Ron Paul just took in 5 million as of 2:00 PM today."

Huckabee's support is quite passive I believe. He may have a tough time getting 1st in Iowa. The regular caucus-goers may vote for him, but he really does not have a big grassroots following.

This only saddens me more.

It is incredible that Huckabee, with much less money and grassroots support, has a much better official campaign than Ron Paul.

His commercials look better, and his marketing team are geniuses. That move of getting the email list from Mel Gibson (The Passion of the Christ), really sent him through the roof.

I wish Ron Paul had equally competent collaborators, and I really don't understand how, having more money, he doesn't.

The media is bumping up Hucakbee... nothing else. They've been subtlety pushing him since he got the CFR nod back in September. If you look at the media opinion of him before and after... it's freaking night and day. They go from thinking he should quit, to sucking up to him and praising him. There was no significant factor in his campaign to cause this bump... NONE. No major increase in funding, no major grassroots efforts prior to September, no straw poll wins... NOTHING. The only thing that changed was his CFR nod, and then they opened the doors for him.

Not really. Look at the support over the past months and you'll see it came in for Huckabee in roughly the same amount that Fred lost, so it's pretty much just the establishment going "okay, fourth one's a dud, maybe this one?" - plus evangelicals.

See, Huckabee's gone up pretty much in exactly the same manner that Fred has dropped.
