I contacted @Ty_Clevenger to confirm that he made a FOIA request to NSA, as described in the piece below. He did (https://twitter.com/cryptogon/status/1055770671991508992):

Via: Sic Semper Tyrannis (https://turcopolier.typepad.com/sic_semper_tyrannis/2018/10/dnc-emails-a-seth-attack-not-a-russian-hack-by-publius-tacitus.html):
But now there is new information that may corroborate what the human sources quoted in the Fox article claimed about Seth’s role in getting the DNC documents to Wikileaks. Borne from a FOIA request filed in November 2017 by attorney Ty Clevenger, who requested any information regarding Seth Rich and and Julian Assange. The NSA informed Clevenger in a letter dated 4 October 2018 that:
Your request has been processed under the provisions of the FOIA. Fifteen documents (32 pages) responsive to your request have been reviewed by this Agency as required by the FOIA and have found to be currently and properly classified in accordance with Executive Order 13526. These documents meet the criteria for classification as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4 and remains classified TOP SECRET and SECRET.

Of course and now we have a proof they have a proof. Still the question remains. Will they act upon it? Why haven't they acted so far?

Seth Rich was the source for the DNC leaks and the NSA has the proof.

All it says is that the guy requested a FOIA. It does not say what any of the documents may or may not have contained. It is proof of exactly nothing.

You are pathetic:

So what is the content? Is it an email where somebody mentions both Assange and Seth Rich? Does it say that there is a connection between them? Does it say there is not a connection between them?

information regarding Seth Rich and and Julian Assange

Again, that says nothing. What is the information? What does it discuss? The papers could say there was a link. They could say there was no link. Maybe WikiLeaks said something about Seth Rich. Maybe Seth Rich mentioned WikiLeaks in some discussion. It shows nothing. Fake news.

Fox retracted their own story of any link.

Statement on coverage of Seth Rich murder investigation

On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed.

We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.

Because Seth Rich had a long and lasting friendship with Assange in your universe?

The only reason there would be information about the two of them is if Rich was the source.

Hate to agree with this guy, but he's right. There won't be any official papers that will show seth Rich was the source of the Podesta emails. He obviously was, but Trump would be able to blow the whole Russiagate thing out of the water if such classified information existed.

That is your opinion of what the documents may contain or what you want them to contain. Not what they actually do contain. That is unknown.

That is the only logical possibility.

They didn't have anything else to connect them.

What is unknown is the level of deception you are engaged in. Or maybe it is self-delusion?

It is one possibility- not the only one. The papers may also say they investigated a potential connection and found none. Or they may be about something completely unrelated. The "missing pages" of the 9/11 report turned out to be theories they looked into but found to not hold up under investigation and rejected.

Zippyjuan... Should I go back into the History Forum here to bump up the lil thread
that had the neat mini-documentary in it about drills, scenarios&wargames let alone
the reference to an obscure X*FILES spin-off series about a small group of hackers?

In the beginnings of these forums, the RPfs in 2007/08 were 1/2 truther.
Thusly before the "birthers" arrived into our cyber*universe. Bigly big way.
We here debated each technicality we heartily could conceptualize & did.

Or the foia docs are hypothetical logical guesses damn close to an intuition.

The arrival of birthers increased the amount of cow and bull cyberspace fecal matter here?
