This isn't about the merits or flaws of Kavanaugh. It's about the failure to inject what we needed based on faulty logic.

Every day I am more convinced he should have chosen Napolitano. He wouldn't have sat on the bench for 40+ years, but we are never going to make it that far while liberty is being destroyed. The fact that Napolitano was even considered, let alone an early contender was extremely positive. Trump miscalculated thinking long term...we will never reach the long term without solidifying the present.

I'd still be all for Judge Nap as the next SCOTUS pick. If Trump sees differently, well at least make him AG. We need Napolitano on the inside now.

Judge Nap can't tell the difference between a naturalized citizen and a natural born citizen. No.

Judge Nap is way better then your Kavanaugh's and Sessions...

Are you trying to create a Supreme Court in your dream world that doesn't exist, or are you actually trying to work in the realm of reality?

You realize the Supreme Court rules on thousands of different issues, and on all of them Judge Nap is better than anybody currently on the bench?

There were better options that are young too.

That's not really that high of a standard, is it? And yes, my dream Supreme Court would be one where if any justice issued an opinion contrary to the Constitution they would keel over dead right then and there.
Replacing Ginsburg or one of the fat lesbians with Nap would be awesome, as would be doing away with Roberts.

We've never had a Supreme Court Justice that was on the bench for 40 years. If Thomas says on till hes 83, he'll be the first.

It's better to have ours break the record than theirs.
