A former Obama administration official pleaded guilty Tuesday after being charged for groping a woman in his New York apartment.
Tom Frieden, former head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in order to avoid jail time, according to (https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/446955-former-head-of-cdc-pleads-guilty-on-charges-of-groping-woman) The Hill.

According to the report, the plea agreement contains a “conditional discharge,” meaning that the conviction will be expunged from Freiden’s record as long as he does not commit a crime for a year.
