Congressman Ron Paul: Archives (http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul-arch.html) (Dr. Ron Paul in his own words and brilliant writings)

```
Edit: Could you explain your post better?
Why do you mention a "nasty phon video"?
Was the blimp on CNN??
Was the coverage positive???
It was great!
Until they superimposed the blimp on the public opinion graph. "let's hope Ron Paul's blimp doesn't take a dive."
They are unbelievable.
They didn't take any bad cheap shots there, that was good publicity! lol :rolleyes::D
But it was a cheapshot at Keyes taking away time from him, although at least we got the time taken away.
They called Alan Keyes a long shot as well. I can't believe Ron Paul and Alan Keyes are both in the exact same category according to the MSM.
Well as a result of being extremely mistreated by the Republican party Keyes really is a longshot since he has not been in any of the debates until now, and I suspect the party is to blame for that because of how they have treated Keyes in the past.
But what I don't get is how Paul managed to make it into the debates and stuff but Keyes didn't? Its creepy to think they might hate Keyes more than Paul even..
Jeannie Moos said, "What candidate Ron Paul is trying to raise is a blimp". That is patently false. Grassroots supporters are trying to raise it, and will. I think someone needs to straiten this woman out on this matter.
Did you notice the focus group that they showed. They seemed to all be from around the same age group with really no visible diversity. No wonder they didn't care too much for Paul. I think he has a better chance with the more energetic 50 and below group. Mainly focused around the 30's as we've seen in polls in the forum. Now this isn't true in all cases but I think around this age group there is a bunch of people who all are really getting into politics for the first time seriously. These people have mainly endured the reign of the Bushes and Clinton and they are looking for a big change.
I think he has been trying to run all along, but I don't know whats been going on with that. I do know the republican party strongly dislikes him though, so its no surprise he has not been in any other debates, but I don't think he has been officially running either.
Isn't this the debate we were nearly excluded from over poll numbers? And yet...Alan Keyes? Hmmmm
Yeah because they have been hypnotized by the media through television, and so they have become mindless relating to some things such as politics.
Good point. Alan Keys is probably their answer to the blimp. If we're going to reach out to the people to the people of America in a dramatic and flamboyant manner.....then....well....enter Alan Keys.
:)
