Everyone and their mother has alzheimer's disease these days. A plaque in the brain, caused, principally, by the buildup of heavy metals, like aluminum. Fluoride can easily bypass the blood-brain barrier, and what it does, you see, is it bonds with the aluminum, and gives it a free ride. Try boiling fluoridated water in an aluminum pan for dinner for twenty years and you'll see what the alzheimer's trip is all about.

Edit: 20 years is a guess. It could easily happen faster than that, as one instance of this is a massive dose in itself.
