I quickly edited together all of Ron Pauls answers from todays debate. Probably not the best edit job, but it should be fine for those who missed it.

Thank you RP 247!

I Was concerned about Ron's performance after reading some of the negative threads, but after watching these highlights I'm convinced he kicked butt!

He didn't stumble at all, got his points across, and seemed to manage the clock properly.

It was a pretty fair debate. It seemed like everyone got the same amount of time.

The lady was very strict about the time.

RP247, thank you for the edit of the debate. Ron Paul did great! I noticed that the other 'debaters' kept quiet and did not laugh at Dr. Paul. Perhaps they will learn something with their mouths shut and ears open.

Someone else said it will be replayed at 8pm. I can't verify if that is true or not.

Seeing these highlights causes me to agree that Ron Paul did a lot better than it seemed at the time.

I thought he did well.

The seriousness of his tone demands attention, and I can see why it might turn some people off.

We're at a crossroads though, listen to Dr. Paul or continue to let the band play on. You can only rearrange the chairs on the deck so many times.

I think he did great. During the debate, it didn't seem that great because his sincere message was squeezed between so many imitations, BUT, all that matters are the sound bites. Why? Because less than 0.5% of voters saw or will ever see then entire debate. All they will see--if anything-- are short, 15-25 second clips. And Ron Paul's highlights are just as good as they've always been.

I really liked the part where the lady said something like " you are going to bring big change to the government." Is she saying the rest of the candidates are going to bring nearly no change? it sure sounded like it. My grandfather is refusing to vote because he said he is tired of being lied to by politicions who promise some much and really don't do anything to change it (for the good anyways).

Giuliani insults girlfriend??

MS. WASHBURN: So this next set of questions is entirely about character and leadership.
Mayor Giuliani, your administration in New York has been accused of handling your security expenses in a way that obscured public disclosure. What specifically will you promise to do to ensure that a Giuliani White House is open with information that might be inconvenient to explain to the public?

MR. GIULIANI: The reality is that all that information --

MS. WASHBURN: Thirty seconds, please.

MR. GIULIANI: The reality is that all that information was available and known to people, known six years ago. And I would make sure that government was transparent. My government in New York City was so transparent that they knew every single thing I did almost every time I did it. (Chuckles.) So I would be extremely -- (laughter) -- I would be extremely open.

I'm used to it. I'm used to being analyzed. I haven't had a perfect life. I wish I had. And I do the best that I can to learn from my mistakes. But as far as, you know, open, transparent government, I think I've had both an open, transparent government and an open, transparent life, and it allows you to lead, then, with honesty and truth.

So his mistress was a mistake?:D

At least his hiding the expenses among various obscure accounts for "transparency", of course, must have been a mistake. :D

Ron Paul has given much better answers in the past about getting through congress...that a Ron Paul presidency would indicate a mandate from the people that congress had better fall in line, or the incumbent won't be winning another term...

This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say Ron Paul "skips every other word" when he speaks. The answer he gave basically DID say the above, but it was totally unclear, like he expects the uninitiated viewer to fill in the blanks.
