They care about cutting spending according to CNN. I didn't see the debate, did RP not talk about this? I don't see how Giuliani got the strong response about that.

Good lord. CNN needs to lay out it's website better and need to stream CNN TV to video, not audio. Click on just about any link on the front page and it takes you to a GENERAL page where you have to find what you just clicked on again :/

I think he has a great deal of confidence in the campaign and should not entertain a third party run.

The only thing I always see asked by Wolf is third party right along with re-affirming anyones notion the RP is a Libertarian not a Rep.

Same old shit, different debate

MSM bashers will be aloft because of the fairness this debate executed. MSM debates are a disgrace to the American people.

Yes, CNN seems to want the candidates to bicker and argue to create "fireworks", rather than discuss issues and educate voters.

I liked this debate. It was way more informative and presidential.

Because it's a no-win to take that approach. He'll sound like a whiner to those ignorant of his posititions, which appear to be a large chunk of people.

It was a hit piece. They immediately showed the CLUTZ meter (yes, on CNN) and basically said explain yourself, these undecided voters really didn't like what you were saying.

RP through out statistics that 70% of the American people or on his side of the story along with majority of the republican party.

RP had 2 guys on both sides of his shoulders right with their faces in the camera, so much so it was very distracting. They had badges around their necks, so I'm assuming they were part of RP's crew, but they shouldn't be in the camera like that, its not about them.

LynnB
12-12-2007, 03:06 PM
I do think that Wolf has a secret warm spot for RP-- but at least the Dr. WAS able to get more of his message out post-debate than he did during!

dagnytaggart
12-12-2007, 03:20 PM
The guys in the background were Kent Snyder (the original Ron Paul hottie!) and Jesse Benton.
I'm pissed at Wolf. I would like to have seen the "reaction meter" when Paul mentioned what the Republicans did to the Dept of Education. Even the neocons had to love that!

Jobarra
12-12-2007, 03:22 PM
I don't think you've been paying attention to the debates. The 'meter' and the boos of the audiences come about when Dr. Paul begins to speak and hasn't really said ANYTHING at that point. It's obvious bias that shows the people are not even listening to him.
