He (first lieutenant Joshua Philip Yabut) filed papers to oppose Tim Kaine for US Senator from Virginia. I'd vote for him if I lived there.

We need a hell raiser Afgan vet to shake up the Senate. Maybe drive a tank through Mitch McConnell's office.

1. It was not just some man, it was a military officer assigned to that base and it appears that he was fully authorized to access and operate that vehicle.

2. If he was authorized to operate the vehicle for a military training exercise, it cannot be considered to have been stolen. Embezzled perhaps, but not stolen.

3. Yea, this story sounds fishy.
