Can't blame a POTUS for wanting to focus on his top agenda.

Sometimes it seems almost unfair that NK's leader has no such distractions like Mueller investigation, Media scrutiny, Dems attacks, Stormy Cohen payment scandal etc constantly hanging over his head and then after a bump on the road POTUS is blamed of being played by NK ruler who has the luxury of having singular focus on things.
