Can't listen to it now. I'd bet he is talking about social engineering through taxation. Like a $50 dollar tax on a 32 oz. soda or a pack of cigarettes. Amirite?

Do poor people really drink that much soda? If anything is impacting their health its more likely cheap packaged or processed foods or fast food.

I suspect most real so-called abuse is oddly enough from people climbing out if poverty who are working long shifts in manufacturing or assembly and maybe have long commutes as well. They're coping with a boring job and long shift work or even the night shift.

In my own experience, I did abuse Mountain Dew and junk food while working 11 to 14 hours as a truck driver. That was when I first started and over time I cut back on soda, but I do sometimes grab junk food from the vending machine. Taxing my KITKATs probably won't change that.

He wants to be president.

What is he offering in the way of free goods/services? More than Bernie?

I'm sure he will tell us all when he runs, in the mean time he is offering to run your life for you so you don't have to expend any effort making decisions.
