"A candidate for sheriff in North Carolina has said he would confiscate guns in his county by taking them from the “cold, dead hands” of the people he is supposed to protect. Now, he says he was only joking. Joking or not, the attitude of gun confiscation is raising concern about the power of law enforcement in this country. And are newly enacted gun confiscation laws violating due process and civil liberties?

This is a Reality Check you won’t get anywhere else."

There is a BIG difference between a Civil Liberty and a Constitutional Right. A Liberty can be revoked, a Right can not.

Every time they call for a Gun Ban, they go after guns that are NOT used in our random attacks that they promote fear over constantly. Oh, we also have about a month to go before the next big School Shooting...

... and, Guilty until Proven Innocent. The burden of Innocence now rests on the Accused, but the burden of PROOF of Guilt no longer rests on the Accuser .

Trump/Feinstein - take guns first, due process second. Ban bump stocks, raise age to 21.

ERPO - Crazed man wants to rape a woman who he knows is armed. Anonymously, he calls and tells LEO that he is scared, accuses woman of brandishing a few times. LEO takes gun from woman, man waits a few days or so, then completes his task.
