The NRA's Dana Loesch delivers a monologue tackling Hollywood hypocrisy and targeting the media and talking heads for undermining Americans' rights.

NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch unloaded on Hollywood, the media, athletes, and politicians in a video ad that was posted to Twitter on Sunday.

The video was tweet accompanying the video stated, “To every lying member of the media, to every Hollywood phony, to the role model athletes who use their free speech to alter and undermine what our flag represents … Your Time is running out. The clock starts now.”

The ad was hashtagged with “#Oscars90,” shortly before Sunday night’s Academy Awards ceremony.

What did she say?

Loesch, in the video, appears dressed in black and standing in front of a stark black backdrop.

A simple hourglass sits on a black tablecloth-clad table next to the NRA spokesperson as Loesch starts to speak, while dramatic music plays in the background.

“We’ve had enough of the lies,” Loesch said. “The sanctimony. The arrogance. The hatred, the pettiness, the fake news. We are done with your agenda to undermine voters’ will and individual liberty in America.”

She continued:

So to every lying member of the media, to every Hollywood phony, to the role model athletes who use their free speech to alter and undermine what our flag represents; to the politicians who would rather watch America burn than lose one ounce of their own personal power; to the late-night hosts who think their opinions are the only opinions that matter. To the Joy-Ann Reids, the Morning Joes, the Mikas; to those who stain honest reporting with partisanship; to those who bring bias and propaganda to CNN, the Washington Post, and the New York Times: your time is running out. The clock starts now.

What was the ad for?

The ad is for Loesch’s new show on NRATV, which, according to the video, begins in March.

According to the org’s TV website, NRATV is available to watch on web-based platforms such as Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, YouTube, Facebook, and Sirius XM radio.

What’s been the response to the new ad?

Several entertainers seemed put off by the NRA’s latest ad featuring Loesch.

Actor Michael Ian Black shared the video on Twitter and captioned it, “Terroristic threats. The NRA is a terrorist organization.”

The NRA always talks tough, then turns around and stabs you in the back. They have been betraying gun owners and 2nd Amendment advocates throughout most of their existence and there's nothing to indicate anything has changed. Trusting or even supporting these traitors is a foolish move IMO. How many times must they fuck us before we learn not to bend over for them?

Weak sauce. The NRA is non-existent in correcting the UnCONstitutional laws here in New Jermany.

They are making the mistake of attacking Trump.. which is understandable based on some of the things Trump said, but they don't understand that he doesn't mean everything he says, and in the end he is on their side.

They will learn, eventually. Not the end of the world.

They won't "learn" and they shouldn't even if your belief about Trump is correct, not even if your opinion that he is doing the right thing is correct, even if you are right GOA is the perfect partner in a "good cop/bad cop" tag team.

Ya that's why I never give Ron Paul a hard time, he is coming out of the gate principled and he isn't calling for Trump to be impeached.. he knows other options are worse, but he wants to keep educating people about what we really should do which is fine. Unfortunately a lot of people use it to attack Trump in a way that seems like they actually prefer another option. Sorry, unless it's Rand, which we would all like, the next best option SUUUUUCKS compared to Trump..

I'm not sure if I believe you about Trump, but still - I don't get why they're not heading up a huge membership drive . There are plenty of Libertarians who hate Trump and would still like to protect the 2nd
