Saudi Arabia is moving swiftly to become the next country in the Middle East with nuclear power. The Kingdom is on the verge of striking a deal with the US for the purchase of nuclear reactors despite concerns over its refusal to accept stringent restrictions against the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman, who is the de facto ruler of the country, has ambitious plans to diversify the country’s energy source and is in the market to purchase nuclear power reactors. The potential for lucrative deals is too good to be missed and the Trump administration is thought to be mulling over loosening US law to win Saudi contracts, worth billions. The Kingdom has refused to be bound by stringent US regulations that restrict reprocessing and enriching uranium for the production of nuclear weapons.

With competitors like Russia and China waiting in the wings, Trump is keen to strike a deal with the Saudi’s and breathe new life into the American nuclear industry.

Finalists to build nuclear power stations along the Kingdom’s desolate Arabian Gulf strip will be announced in the coming months, but it’s not certain if the US will be the one to strike the deal. Israel, despite having its own nuclear arsenal, is strongly opposed to any other country in the Middle East acquiring nuclear weapons and with alliances constantly shifting in the region it may try to derail any deal.

Don't forget who's making the deal, none other than Donald Trump.

This deal will be a great deal. Possibly the best deal.

During his meeting with President Trump at the White House on Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu raised concerns over a possible deal between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia to build nuclear reactors in the kingdom, Israeli officials told me.

Where things stand: The officials, who spoke on conditions of anonymity, said Netanyahu asked Trump not to continue with the deal, but the message from Trump and his team was that if the U.S. doesn't sell the Saudis nuclear reactors other countries like Russia or France will.

Netanyahu and his aides stressed to the White House that if they move forward with the deal, they should should insist on a Saudi commitment not to enrich uranium on their soil.
Netanyahu's office didn't deny the details in this report, telling me in a statement:
"We don't comment on the contents of private diplomatic conversations, but as Prime Minister Netanyahu has been saying for years there are many dangers in the Iran nuclear deal — one of them is the demands of other countries in the region to get the same capabilities the deal allows Iran to have — including enrichment of uranium".

Trump didn't give Netanyahu a final answer on the nuclear deal with the Saudis and the parties concluded that further talks will take place between senior officials on both sides. The White House didn’t comment for this report.

Slippery slope. After this, Israelis-Palestinians, Qatar, UAE and others may want nukes too... a bad trajectory for amazing Kushner mideast peace plan.

This should surprise no one.
The wahabbists were a UK creation as was Zionism/Rothchild.
They still serve their purposes for the hegemons.
UK/Saudi just agreed to a 45 Typhoon 'upgrade' to their Air Force as well.

NK is the only nation that withdrew from the NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty) - it has nuclear weapons now.

India and Pakistan are not part of the treaty - they have nuclear weapons now anyway.

Israel is not part of the treaty - they have had a nuclear capability which is the problem in the Middle East since 1948.

Saudia Arabia is part of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty - I don't see how they come up with nuclear weapons now.

"Secretly".

This deal is for nuclear power. Nuclear power, despite the leftists having been brainwashed into considering it "green", is still an insanely dangerous, ridiculously expensive, enduringly dirty, infamously notorious way to make electricity. The only reason a country with the natural energy resources of Saudi Arabia would even consider making electricity this stupid way is because making electricity through nuclear power is called 'uranium enrichment'.

Now considering that nineteen of the hijackers on September 11, 2001 were Saudis, and 100% of the civilians riding commercial airliners in U.S. airspace on September 12, 2001 were Saudis, does anyone think the Saudis couldn't get away with enriching uranium and saying they weren't?

The Saudis have had a deal with Pakistan for quite some time to "borrow" their nukes if needed.

"nuclear weapons made in Pakistan on behalf of Saudi Arabia are now sitting ready for delivery."

WWIII should be interesting . . .
so, if your nation doesn't have nuclear weapons, just contract out for nuclear services from a nation that does.

As long as we can keep the banksters under control there is no chance of WWIII.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has said if Iran develops a nuclear weapon, Riyadh will follow suit -- just days before he arrives in Washington for talks with US President Donald Trump. In an interview with CBS television, parts of which were released Thursday, the upstart Saudi royal likened Iran's supreme leader to Adolf Hitler, warning he could sweep through the Middle East like Germany's Nazis did at the start of World War II.
"Saudi Arabia does not want to acquire any nuclear bomb, but without a doubt, if Iran developed a nuclear bomb, we will follow suit as soon as possible," Prince Mohammed said in the interview, which will air in full on CBS on Sunday.

Lesseee.....

The US helped stage a coup to overthrow Iran's democratically elected PM & then installed the horrible and hated Shah, but Iran's the bad guy for taking back its country in 1979.

Supposedly the 911 hijackers were Saudi's, Jews celebrated, and Iran held nightly candle vigils in sorrow, but Iran has to pay the victims.

Iran signed the Nuclear Agreement & has no nuclear bomb, Israel did not & has approximately 400 nuclear warheads- but Iran is the threat.

Iran has kept it's part of Obama's deal but Trump hate's O & the Iranians, so Iran needs more sanctions.
