Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn of Texas had offered a series of unanimous consent requests to move up the
Senate spending bill debate on 02.08.2018, complaining on the Senate floor Thursday night :

“I don’t know why we are basically burning time here while the senator from Kentucky and others are sitting in the Cloakroom wasting everybody’s time and inconveniencing the staff,”

The "wasting everyone's time" is contained here . . .

Rand Paul M.D.
TODAY THE SENATE WILL VOTE ON A BILL THAT WILL ADD $1.5 TRILLION TO THE DEBT OVER THE NEXT TEN YEARS (https://www.c-span.org/video/?c4713827/rand-paul-2#)
