It's always encouraging to see proposed legislation such as this, tho I don't think it likely... bills like this usually die before they get to the floor.:(:mad:

Seeing how it has sat untouched since Feb 2017, seems unlikely. Congress is too busy cutting 14% tax discounts to repatriate overseas dollar assets to Apple to bother with something that actually helps small business.
