Even if it were, isn't this Mexico's business to decide.

Shouldn't Cuellar focus his attention on the things he is responsible to focus on, like Washington's proven interference and disruption in foreign elections, politics, governance, internal policies in places like Honduras, Panama, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, Iraq, Afghanistan Georgia, Guatemala, Chile, Iran, Haiti, Indonesia, Israel, Philippines, South Korea, Pakistan Columbia, even Russia, and many more. These are just the proven and admitted instances. The list of nations whose politics Washington has not been proven to interfere in is probably a shorter list.
