An Indiana police officer was placed on administrative leave after she made a comment about white male privilege (http://wishtv.com/2017/12/01/plainfield-police-officer-on-leave-after-complaints-about-her-comment/) in a training session about transgender awareness, WISH-TV reported.
Plainfield, Ind. Police Capt. Carri Weber was investigated (http://www.theindychannel.com/news/local-news/hendricks-county/plainfield-police-captain-on-leave-after-white-male-privilege-comment-at-training-session)for her comments made during a Nov. 1 training session sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice, according to The Indy Channel.
The conversation under investigation can be seen in a video recording obtained by WISH TV, where the presenter said that transgender people are more than three times more likely to experience police violence (http://avp.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/2012_NCAVP_HVReport_MR.pdf), compared to non-transgendered people, a statistic from a 2013 study by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (http://avp.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/2012_NCAVP_HVReport_MR.pdf).
“My life has never been part of police violence,” the male officer who launched the complaint against Weber said in the meeting. He went on to say that he “doesn’t get where that statistic comes from” and most of the people he knows have not been accused of police violence.

“Because of your white male privilege, so you wouldn't know,” Weber said.
She repeats it again after the male officer asked, “I’m sorry?”
The male officer then could be heard saying, “I’m done with this training.”

I thought for sure the headline would continue as 'promoted', not.being investigated. As for the male officer, screw him, the lying bitch. And let them put up with the same shit everyone else has too.

Weber previously served a two-week suspension for violating the department's policy on alcohol and drug use. She admitted to getting behind the wheel of her department-issued squad car after drinking at a golf outing and carrying beer cans in her squad car.

Guess they're making sure everyone knows that identity politics are ok as long as you never turn against team blue..

Blue team primacy.
