not sure about this: Can a Campaign commercial be used by grassroots?

I can't locate this info.

Can a campaign commercial be used by the grassroots if the a new disclaimer is put into the comerical and Ron Paul's is removed.. I guess in essence, that the campaign isn't endorsing the "use" of the commercial..

Thoughts?

I'm no expert on this, but this question came up on the forums before. What was said was that it had to be sold from the campaign to the grassroots; and, of course, anything saying that it was approved by Ron Paul had to be removed.
