Section 702 re-authorization in USA Liberty Act is the same "spying, not spying" merry-go-round that we've been on for decades. The US government needs to pick a position and have the courage to own it. If they're going to implement mass surveillance, then just admit it and submit it to public scrutiny by US citizens. Otherwise, stop breaking the law, that is, stop circumventing the US Constitution with legislative funny-business.
