Target restaurants with "Keep the Tips!" campaign?

Could the idea below be translated into physical packages to be distributed in Ioway and New Hampshire restaurants?

i didn't check the links but we do have the official tax free tips slim jims and we are targeting restaurants, salons, cab companies, etc... AS a matter of fact, i did business canvassing in portsmouth last week and one of the salons i went to now has a HUGE ron paul sign out front, so i think its working!

I worked in a restaurant for almost 4 years. I can't tell you how many servers never receive a paycheck. They typically make about $2.35 and hour (at least in PA). After their tips are taxed and insurance is take out, many did not receive a check at the end of the week. Even worse, many ended up owing more in taxes at the end of the year.

If we get this information into restaurants, it would spread like wild fire.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that, as of May 2005, there are over 2.2 million persons employed as waiters and waitresses in the U.S. And I would imagine none of them enjoy paying taxes on their tips.
Consider all of the other Restaurant employees and the Millions of costumers who frequent these restaurants that could be reached through this type of movement.
