Do you get the feeling some times that the media blackout of Ron Paul and his message has to do with the fact that the collectivists in it are scared to death of True Conservatism?

Neo-conservatism is rooted in Trotskyism. In a sense, it is just a rival brand of collectivism competing with Stalinism/Socialism espoused by today's leftists. Despite how harsh the media will lambaste the neo-conservatives on certain things, I get the feeling they have no desire to have neo-conservatives replaced with true conservatives as the main competitive philosophy in mainstream political thought.

If the old fashioned Jeffersonian conservatism is actually given an equal playing field it will really provide massive damage to what the leftists have been able to accomplish in reshaping America into a autocratic socialist state.

We need to actively push true conservatism not just through politicians but in media programs, publications, companies, novels, movies, everything.

We can't very well change anything through the law if we don't change society's world view as well.

Absolutely! If the media were" Fair and Balanced" and not just a propaganda machine Ron Paul would win in a landslide

I dont think they fear Ron Paul as much as they do true conservatism.

They fear us because we open our eyes, they like having zombies to tell who to vote for, if not they would loose all the ratings and control. There was a few people i still had hope they would be true to the news, but no longer. When paul wins his first job should be is to destroy the media and start a new SET OF RULES to no longer let this happen. Since there is no law forcing them to tell the truth on the news it should be looked at as a propaganda machine period not as a source of info(true news).

We have two competing brands of collectivism...neo-conservatism and socialism.

The Dems, as much as they hate the GOP leaders, would cling onto them to the death if it meant trading out the mainstream GOP philosophy with the True Conservative philosophy.
