Anthony Weiner, three-time perv (http://nypost.com/2017/09/20/anthony-weiner-three-time-perv/)
It’s hard time for Anthony Weiner.

The disgraced ex-congressman broke down crying as he was sentenced to 21 months in prison Monday for convincing a high school student to undress and touch herself via Skype in 2016.

“This was a serious crime. It’s a serious crime that deserves serious punishment,” Manhattan federal judge Denise Cote said as the convicted sext fiend dropped his head into his hand and wept.

After the courtroom cleared, the one-time mayoral hopeful sat crying silently in his chair alongside his tearful mother.

His father and brother also joined him in the courtroom — but the serial sexter’s soon-to-be-ex-wife Huma Abedin was nowhere to be seen.

In addition to his prison stint, Weiner was also sentenced to pay a $10,000 fine for his crime, participate in sex offender outpatient treatment program and spend three years on supervised release once his sentence is up.

He will have to surrender to his designated facility by Nov. 6 — his lawyer put in a request for Schuylkill Federal Correctional Facilit in Pennsylvania, or another low-security prison near New York.

Weiner, 53, had faced as much as 10 years in the slammer (http://nypost.com/2017/09/25/anthony-weiner-faces-sentencing-over-sexts-with-minor/) after pleading guilty in May to one count of transferring obscene material to a minor. The feds said Weiner, a former congressman from Brooklyn, began a two-month sexting session with the North Carolina teen shortly after she messaged him on Twitter in January 2016.

He made a tearful last-minute plea for probation so he can continue his treatment, which includes sessions with Sex Addicts Anonymous.

“If I fail, I know what will happen,” Weiner said. “But with God’s grace I will not.”

He argued that his online dalliance with the 15-year-old was due to his sick obsession with sexting strangers and addiction — rather than an obsession with underage girls — and claimed he had hit “rock bottom” and is now in recovery.

But prosecutors insisted that he needed to see the inside of a cell to send a message.

It’s just the latest chapter in the Democratic politician’s very public downfall, which started in 2011 when he was forced to resign from Congress following his first sexting scandal.

His 2013 run for NYC mayor also went up in flames when it emerged that he was still sexting under the alias “Carlos Danger.”

The feds said the latest and most insidious chapter of Weiner’s sexting problem began on the evening of Jan. 23, 2016, when a high school student messaged him on Twitter, prompting a flurry of “provocative” responses from the former public servant, who knew the teen was in high school, court papers show.

“As January turned to February, their intermittent exchanges grew more lascivious,” Manhattan federal prosecutors told the judge in court filings.

By the end of February, Weiner — who by this time knew the girl was only 15 — was video-chatting with her via Skype and using “graphics and obscene language” to ask her to “display her naked body and touch herself (http://nypost.com/2017/09/20/weiner-convinced-teen-to-strip-fondle-herself-on-skype-feds/),” the feds said.

He also sent her “obscene material” on self-destructing messaging apps like Kik and Confide, including adult porn and a message “describing what he would do to her, if she were 18,” according to court filings.

In September 2016, the girl sold her story to British publication Daily Mail (http://nypost.com/2017/09/08/teen-who-sexted-with-anthony-weiner-speaks-out/), and in May, he cried as he pleaded guilty to one count of sending obscene material to a minor.

Abedin finally filed for divorce (http://nypost.com/2017/05/19/huma-abedin-finally-files-for-divorce-from-anthony-weiner/) on the same day he pleaded guilty.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Entirely Wiener's fault. Good to see a criminal politician punished for something, but...this sounds a bit like a premeditated set-up and money-making scheme by a fairly mature young lady.

Still, though, the guy should have known better. These men have wild appetites but no self-control. So they marry Femnazis for politics, but they can't feed the monkey, because the Mrs is out saving the world. Their sex drive deferred, they save time by praying on the weakest women - or girls - to get their fill of sex.

Why not just channel that ambition into something they can handle while they're still young, and marry beautiful, relatively unambitious woman who can please them?

Or just stick to hookers. At least a hooker isn't going to set you up (unless its a sting). Yeah, she entrapped him, but Weiner thought she loved him for his manliness and charm.

Pedophilia?

That's what I keep seeing in the news. Apart from the fact it was intentional entrapment, which surely should have been a consideration in sentencing, what happened to the term "statutory rape", which I still think is an extreme term, for consensual acts. Something like "fornicating with a minor" seems more apt.

But pedophilia? Well, calling it that is just cheapening a word that doesn't even do justice to the child raping monsters who get shuffled around church-land.

Anyway, more hypocrisy and word-mangling in this great country of ours.

Remember the Stanford kid who got 6 months for raping a passed out drunk chick by a dumpster?

So poor Anthony Weiner gets 21 months for sexting underage girls?!?
Jeffrey Epstein, who together with Ghislaine Maxwell ran a full blown paedophile sex ring, got a total of 13 months in “prison” (6 nights a week and every Sunday): http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?499034-Boycott-the-elections&p=6297428&viewfull=1#post6297428

Epstein has sexually abused large numbers of under-age girls and even had a stable of child prostitutes (as young as 12 years old) to serve his wealthy friends with similar sexual preferences. After a yearlong investigation that started in 2005 20 girls testified they were sexually abused between the ages of 14 and 17 by Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein served a total of 13 months in prison: he was out on “work release” up to 16 hours a day for 6 days a week, so only in for the nights.

SEPTEMBER 28, 2017 by STEVE BROWN

The media have just reported that Anthony Weiner has been fined $10,000 and sentenced to 21 months in prison. (He could have got up to 10 years.) Here is one such report, from today’s New York Times.

What a farce!

I mean, sure, Anthony Weiner behaved like an A-1 schmuck. But let’s be real. The guy never even met, let alone touched, the woman he will now have to spend 21 months in jail for allegedly “violating.” That violation being – no kidding — “consensual texting.”

Not to excuse Weiner’s behavior, but for Pete’s sake, what kind of a society are we? All the guy did was text! He admittedly exchanged suggestive sexual banter with an underage, but clearly sexually sophisticated, 16-year-old girl – a girl who, by her own admission, was the initiator of the contact with Weiner, then egged him on, and is now shopping 6-figure magazine exposés and a book proposal.

Stupid bad behavior on Weiner’s part? For sure. But the self-righteous hypocrites in the media (and our courts) who consider 21 months behind bars to be fair punishment for what he did, are beneath contempt. Especially when those same arbiters of virtue, in the courts and in mainstream media, don’t treat the real criminals in our society the same way.

I mean, think of all the convicted rapists – not merely texters, like Weiner, but real abusers – whom the courts often let off with no more than a slap on the wrist in the form of a few months “Community Service” or “Probation.”

And think of all the $20-million-a-year Big Pharma executives who cynically murder hundreds of thousands of people a year by marketing dangerous drugs like VIOXX, which they know are deadly but continue to market anyway, because the fines that their companies will eventually have to pay amount to only a fraction of the profits they will earn from keeping those drugs on the market.

And the bank executives and financiers at firms like Goldman Sachs, who ruined millions of lives by routinely cheating customers, abetting drug dealers, skimming off billions in scams like LIBOR and finally destroying the entire economy in 2008.

And war criminals like Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, Henry Kissinger, Bush-1, Bush-2, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, et al, who are responsible for murdering at least 23 million innocent (and darker colored) men, women and children by launching deceitful wars for power and profit in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Anthony Weiner is neither violent nor dangerous. He transmitted, in his texts, nothing that any 16-year old high school girl doesn’t hear in the school yard and on cable TV every day of the year. At the most, Weiner should be deprived of his Smartphone – or perhaps have its texting function turned off – instead of being sentenced to 21 months in prison. Until we start putting some of the real criminals in prison, we ought to be ashamed of ourselves for jailing harmless if pathetic creatures like Anthony Weiner.

For comparison purposes, here's what happens to a child predator:

Sex offender found hiding in Santa Rosa elementary school girls' bathroom
By Filipa Ioannou - Thursday, September 28, 2017

A sex offender who is forbidden from being on the grounds of any school after an indecent exposure incident in Sacramento 11 years ago was found hiding in the girls' bathroom at a private Christian school in Santa Rosa, officials said Tuesday.

A parent and school staff member found the man, 39-year-old Alan Brelsford of Santa Rosa, hiding in the elementary school girl's bathroom at Redwood Adventist Academy shortly before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office.
...
Brelsford was escorted from school grounds, and school staff took a photo of his car, a lifted Chevy pickup with black rims, as he drove from the parking lot, according to Sgt. Spencer Crum, a spokesman for the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the school campus to take a report on the incident, but once there, they noticed Brelsford slowly driving past the school and jumped in their patrol car to follow him, Crum said.

The deputies pulled Brelsford over and determined he was a sex offender, which makes it illegal for him to be at an elementary school without lawful business, according to Crum.

Brelsford has a past conviction for a 2006 incident in which he was caught exposing himself and masturbating behind a fence at an all-girls private high school in Sacramento, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Brelsford was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on a misdemeanor charge and has since been released on bail, according to Crum.
