“Economic warfare works,” Mnuchin said during an industry conference one day after the United Nations imposed additional sanctions against the rogue nuclear state.
“If China doesn’t follow these sanctions, we will put additional sanctions on them and prevent them from accessing the US international dollar system,” Mnuchin said, referring to a particularly harsh form of punishment that has been used by the US against rogue states like Iran.

"Just you dare try and act like a sovereign nation and engage in free trade with someone we tell you not to.
We'll launch economic warfare and crush you back to status as Imperial Washington's subject. "

Not really, they just want to have it both ways because their economy is so fragile and they want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to artificially devalue CNY by pumping up their pyramid scheme. to increase exports We could go to economic war with China and destroy them easily because their economy is so fragile. They still never busted on Black monday like they were supposed to, instead their economy creeped back up after they paraded their nukes on their CCTV.
