Why is ANYBODY listening to Ken Cuccinelli?

FFS everyone, do your damned homework.
Cuccinelli is a scumbag prosecutor who openly supports the idea of having as many laws on the books as possible primarily so that he can jail the people HE feels need to be jailed.
And he gives not one fuck whether or not those laws are obviously unconstitutional and have already been ruled so by the Supreme Court of the US.

Didn't mean to dump on you - Cooch has been rehashed to pieces over and over on this forum and certain people still refuse to recognize rogue prosecution as a problem.
