At this stage it is better if RP is not doing well in the polls. That way the other candidates keep bashing each other. Then when the primaries come BLAM! They get floored before they know what to do. I think RP will place in the top three spots of all the primaries nationwide. Might as well keep our opponents in the dark to whatever degree the polls affect their strategy. I admit it is a nailbiter waiting for the actual primaries to arrive.

Great points. You're learning the new rules of the system.
Candidates magically jump 10-15% overnight with little real life support or money, but real life support and money=low poll numbers.

Calling the people we need to convert "sheep" is an incredibly stupid way of trying to win them over to our side.

This would apply if not for the fact that many voters will use these polls to tell them who to vote for.

Calling Ron Paul supporters stupid is an incredibly arrogant way of trying to 'teach' people how be perfect little activist such as yourself. Relax man, that post wasn't aimed directly at potential Ron Paul supporters. It was just a quick reply to keep our spirits up after seeing these poll results.

What is this the spin of the MSM? He didn't call anybody stupid, he said it is a stupid thing to do.

Thanks Shep.

By sheep I was more referring to the religious zealots that want someone in power that will tow their discriminating line. Much of Hucks support come from the same people who want creationism taught in school, etc.

This is a four-day rolling average. There's a pretty bad number in the 4th slot right now (4 days ago) that'll get dropped tomorrow. Look for 7% tomorrow.

Or so the speculation goes...
