Is is Congressman Dr. Ron Paul or Dr. Congressman Ron Paul or Dr. Ron Paul, Congressman or Congressman Ron Paul, MD ?!?!

Sure it's a silly question, but I'm curious.

Too funny. I'm not sure there's a rule here, but we generally use one or the other (though Congressman Ron Paul, MD works too).
