The THAAD thystem had and has NOTHING to do with defending the Sorks from the Norks.

LOCKHEED 'boasts' that it has 'overcome' this with 'steering maneuvers'/updates but the truth is:
It's a VERY fast 'bullet' which is exactly what makes it hard to quickly maneuver/steer and is 'kinetic only' (no explosive payload).
