I hate these people. Every last one.

One “source close to the administration” seemed more than concerned that Don Jr. would help ensure that his father remains in touch with what concerns his “movement.”

“Don Jr. is a huge problem,” Buzzfeed’s “source close to the administration” reportedly said. “He needs to be a galaxy away from that place.”

This would sort of make sense why they were going after him hard (and still are) over that Russian lawyer debacle. He has tweeted things in the past related to Seth Rich, Clinton Foundation, E-mail server, and other scandals and the gate keeper generals don't like Trump reading this type of information.

It's funny, because I recall some anti-Trumper (on these boards?) mentioning this as soon as Trump won the election: they would isolate and control him so that he was completely cut off and neutered. Seems like that has been the most accurate prediction of what the presidency would look like. Bannon and Gorka have already admitted as much and more stories developing like this one seem to indicate this.

So they put a one way tap on his Twitter? He blathers on it but never reads it?

Sounds like Tromp-level psychosis, now that I mention it...

Buzzfeed’s “source close to the administration”

Wasn't Buzzfeed sources banned from White House after the infamous fakenews/golden shower scandal?

So what you're saying is that the anti-Trumpers have been right all along. He never was the alpha male, and the police state and the war machine rolls on unabated and endorsed by him.

Sounds like Trump is held captive. They control him.

White House interim communications director Hope Hicks has not replied to a series of questions from Breitbart News about why the president is letting these people get away with this public humiliation of him, and how it shows weakness on his behalf. It remains to be seen if the president will do anything about it, but the display of lack of control of his own supposed allies weakens his position heading into what is likely to be one of the bloodiest legislative months in recent history. In September, Trump and Congress need to pass a spending bill, raise the debt ceiling, revisit efforts to repeal and replace Obamacare, and begin tax reform.

Weren't you one of the people telling us way back before Iowa that Rand Paul didn't have the cojones to stand up to them, and this spoiled reject from "reality" television did?

Rand Paul is still standing up to them.

Rand Paul obeyed like a good boy and kissed the ring of the CoC. Same situation. In a couple of days, he went from being against the CoC to being a proponent.

Wonder who made that deal...

Arm yourself with the ugly/beautiful flippin' truth, and "held captive" is never an issue.

Chamber of Commerce. His father's former arch nemesis.

Political diplomacy, If you have an example of policy that he flipped on then I will care.

Dump is flipping on some of the few good policy positions he proclaimed during the campaign.

Seriously? We're suffering through a thousand flipflops because he mouthed one apology?

Seriously?

Clearly they didn't believe him, or they wouldn't have told their pet media to give 24/7 coverage to Your Favorite Orange Tool. So why did you? Did you forget actions speak louder than words?

God save this nation from morons.

It was much more than political diplomacy. Watch this dreck. Rand cut CoC sponsored ads for the CoC's chief poster boy. This is what happens when you align yourself with Mitchell the Turtle.

What did Kay Hagan do that made you such a fan? She voted against 350 miles of border fence, you know.

What excuse will you be using when you're still shilling for Alpha Orange in 2020?

OH NO! he supported a Republican against a Demoncrat who was worse! We must never ever forgive him!

Dump endorsed Strange against candidates who were better.

Trump shouldn't get a pass for endorsing Strange and neither should Rand for being the Chamber's waterboy.

Trump shouldn't get a pass for endorsing Strange and neither should Rand for being the Chamber's waterboy.

So in your book, telling voters not to vote for Kay Hagan is the same thing as being the Chamber of Commerce's waterboy?

Or did you want him to refuse to let the Chamber's camera crew point a camera at him, and instead shout his message from a rooftop or two?

What kind of double, triple quadruple standard is this, and how stupid do you have to be to understand it?

Do you not realize that you're complaining about Rand supporting the more libertarian candidate in a general election because of the people who paid to air the commercials, and saying that compares to Trump supporting the least libertarian candidate in a Republican primary? Or do you full well realize that, and you're just trying to cover your ass by obfuscating?

This is nuts. Kelly deleted the browser on Trump's phone and he's listening in on private calls like Priebus did.

Oh, so that's it. It has nothing to do with the Chamber of Commerce. You just thrive on moronic reality show soap opera shit. And you knew a Rand Paul White House would be way, way too sane and effective to keep you entertained.

A chance to work for your bread for a living wage, but no circuses. Just couldn't stand the thought, could you?

A Rand Paul white house would likely be controlled in a similar fashion as this I suspect. See Rand's photo op at the wailing wall. If you don't think that Rand made particular arrangements (greased by McConnell) before his run, than I have a bridge to sell you.

Oh, of course it would. Just like his Senate office is. Just like his father's Congressional office was. Oh, wait. No Paul has shown the slightest degree of soap opera-type shit since Ron's first, neophyte presidential campaign. No, that wouldn't have been anywhere near the soap opera content to satisfy you and your ilk. I think we're finally getting these voters figured out. Just as is demanded of the British Royal Family, a huge percentage of the voters are a damned sight less interested in sane and moral governance than pomp and circumstance and soap operas.

dannno with his amateur spin and you dishing like a 1960s housewife who has just seen an episode of As the World Turns. This is why we can't have nice things--like peace and prosperity!
