Should the president declare someone guilty before the trial?

The most disturbing thing to me about Trump's comments following the Charlottesville incident was when he called the driver a murderer. Especially since there's video evidence his car was struck first and surrounded by bat wielding antifa. That just doesn't seem right for a president to do that to me, but I don't know if it's actually wrong.

I don't know whether the driver was malicious or just stupid and nobody else will unless an investigation provides more evidence, Dump rushed to judgement in the same press conference that he scolded the media for doing so.

I agree.

Assuming he gets a fair trial, when the media finds out there's a chance he might walk they're going to go nuts.
