You can 'say' it either/both ways and still be correct:

China will intervene if America attacks North Korea first - will only stay neutral if Kim Jong-un attacks the US first.

China Warns Trump: "We Will Prevent A North Korea Regime Change."

China warns North Korea: "You’re on your own if you go after the United States."

Take yer pick. (https://www.google.com/search?q=CHINA+only+stay+neutral&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8)

Right or wrong..... China basically lost the 'responsibility' argument in the middle of July.

They won't intervene militarily, its just bluster on their part.

We are certainly set up nicely for a false flag. I mean if the financial system is finally at its breaking point, you can most certainly expect governments to do something drastic.

Has our glorious hairdo tweeted about this one yet? Maybe we can sneak into China and take our jobs back, while they're preoccupied with India.

Our Dear Leader is now threatening military action in Venezuela

BEDMINSTER, N.J. (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday threatened military intervention in Venezuela, a surprise escalation in Washington's response to Venezuela's political crisis.

Venezuela has appeared to slide toward a more volatile stage of unrest in recent days, with anti-government forces looting weapons from a military base after a new legislative body usurped the authority of the opposition-controlled congress

"The people are suffering and they are dying. We have many options for Venezuela including a possible military option if necessary," Trump told reporters.

Yup. Now when the inevitable collapse happens (that's the downside of 15-20 trillion in government stimulus) it can be blamed on war.

But the war is good for the economy. We always had a rebound after a war. People willing to work for next to nothing is a big help.
