A recent letter he sent to top Washington officials, critiquing the state’s legal pot system, “raises concerns significantly,” said state Attorney General Bob Ferguson.

Ferguson (http://www.atg.wa.gov/news/news-releases/ag-ferguson-statement-sessions-letter) and Gov. Jay Inslee (https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/WAGOV/bulletins/1aeece3) said Friday that shortcomings of Washington’s legal pot system cited by Sessions are inaccurate and out-of-date.

There aren't enough criminal gangs.

And legalization threatens to do away with what few are hanging on.

What would become of all the DEA agents, prison guards, and the like?

They wouldn't be able to attend to their families.

Think of the children!

Wa state's version of legality does indeed suck donkey dick colas.

No home growing for starters. . . in a state that allows home brewing. . . legal weed is a joke and an insult in many aspects

This is what it all boils down to.

Too many people making too much money from drugs being illegal..

I say move the tax-ticks and their families into section-8 as their severance package...
