Stupid Blimp Rumor

In other forums I've seen people mentioning that tea will be dumped into the harbor from the blimp, and its apparently even showing up in some news reports....

I always read here that it wasn't the case, at least from the blimp.... Truth? Not? Any source I can point towards to verify it to them? :)
