MD had more delegate candidates file than spaces existed. No other candidate came close.
MD has Paul-friendly congressional candidates running for every seat (6 of 8 total seats statewide) occupied by a Democrat. Again, there were actually more filed than this, but trimmed to 1 per district for coherence.
MD efforts produced the first statewide straw poll win by Paul.
There's more, but any other state that isn't the focus of nationwide grassroots have a record that substantially exceeds even that which is listed above?
