Portland Antifa leftists hurled bottles and bricks at Portland police today at their counter protest against free speech.

Police confiscated DYNAMITE, brass knuckles, knives and sticks from the Antifa protesters.

The dueling protests in Portland kicked off to an exciting start. Police rushed into the anarchist crowd to start confiscating possible weapons and making arrests.

There were reports that the protesters were tossing used tampons and bags of crap at the officers.

As a kid I could ride my horse to the local quarry and buy dynamite..

Farmers and construction crews used it all the time...

Big concern back then was fishing with it in farm ponds...

My father used to use M-80's in the pond. :D

1/4 stick is only a bit more umph, not really a noticeable difference if the charge is 10' underwater.

He would tie them on rocks, the explosion was awesome--especially when you are a kid. :)

Same thing we did..

It got to where it was easier to buy dynamite than M-80's sometime in the 70's...

I remember dad telling us to just ride down to the quarry and put it on his bill...

When that got to be impossible due to the feds carbide worked for a while....I don't know if you can still buy it or not?
