Wouldn't you just love to see the Ron Paul Revolution logo on one of those beautiful race cars when they take the green flag at Daytona?

The Daytona 500 is the "Super Bowl" of NASCAR. It is hyped like crazy and watched by millions of people all over the country, not to mention the legions in attendence. The target audience is largely conservative, too. If we could afford even a small sponsorship, it would allow us to actively campaign inside and outside the track. And we're talking about a LARGE pool of potential supporters. It is NOT just one day, either. The pre-race festivities last a week or more. There will be lots of opportunites to create attention and a lot of journalists there to cover it. There are also a lot of big name celebrities hanging around, not to mention the many popular drivers. Who knows, it might be a golden opportunity to pick up a meaningful endorsement.

If any of you have connections to the inner circle of NASCAR, or know something about the costs and logisitcs of getting our logo on one of those cars, let us know whether this is worth pursuing.

The Daytona events begin early February, with the big race on the 17th. The nomination doesn't take place until September.
