This strike happened while ago , probably just coincidence that this report has been released a day after Ariana Grande concert terror attack (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?510858-Manchester-UK-Explosion-Multiple-Fatalities-Following-Ariana-Grande-Show&p=6472204&viewfull=1#post6472204) that has killed 22 civilians and wounded 50+.

U.S. Airstrike Killed Over 100 Civilians in Mosul, Pentagon Says

by Courtney Kube and The Associated Press
A Pentagon investigation has found that more than 100 civilians were killed after the U.S. dropped a bomb on a building in Mosul, Iraq, in March.

It was likely the largest single incident of civilian deaths since the U.S. air campaign against ISIS began in 2014.
Air Force Brig. Gen. Matthew Isler, the lead investigator, said 101 civilians in the building were killed, and another four died in a nearby building. He says 36 civilians remain unaccounted for.

Two and two don't seem to add up here. Granted Obama had called ISIS terrorists JV team, Mosul Iraq had less civilians death rates than even some US cities like Chicago during the pre-Trump era?
