On Monday, President Trump visited the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, which houses the empty tomb of Christ and is the holiest site in the Christian faith. He was the first sitting President to visit the Church. According to reports, this is also the first time a sitting American President visited a Christian holy site before visiting a Jewish holy site while on official tour there.

Seems like the mainstream media didn't find this important or significant to warrant much of a mention.

Why does anyone care? Trump could hike up to the Dome of the Rock and it wouldn't mean he was a Muslim.

As a Christian, I appreciate this gesture, whether it was sincere or not. Many American Presidents have visited Israel and only he actually went to visit and pray at the tomb where Christ rose from the dead.
