Those are the actual Turkish embassy guards participating in attacking people in the street. I guess they think the Turkish embassy boundary extends out into the neighborhood, allowing them to bring Turkish police style beat downs out into the streets of D.C. Or perhaps they are just so used to being able to stomp Kurds, they they think the privilege for such fun past-times extends to Washington as well. Notice how gently and kindly the D.C. police treat the assaulting Turkish guards. The will go after the Turks or Kurd side protesters, but they won't touch the assailing guards. ("Pretty please stop kicking beating people in the face while they are on the ground, and kindly walk back to your embassy sidewalk.")
