Is this a play to destabilize Eastern China? The humanitarian crisis that could ensue flowing west into China could be monumental. Remember that China has grown too big for it's own britches so to speak.

Saw some headlines that Senators left the NK briefing confused/unsure why they had to attend this.
Trump could be trying to mess with them.. because he can.

He may even have revenge voyeur-tappings wire-tappings on many DC players including "sick or bad" Obama/Hillary and their assocaites.
