Donald Trump’s Earth Day Statement Is Shameful
"Our Nation is blessed with abundant natural resources and awe-inspiring beauty. Americans are rightly grateful for these God-given gifts and have an obligation to safeguard them for future generations,” Trump said in the statement Saturday.
“My Administration is committed to keeping our air and water clean, to preserving our forests, lakes, and open spaces, and to protecting endangered species.”

March for Science protests today of Trump policy on the environment have gone global . . . "on all seven continents including Antarctica"

And north of the Arctic Circle in Norway a gathering in support of the March for Science was with a statue of polar explorer Roald Amundsen,
unfurling a banner that read, "Somewhere something incredible is waiting to be known."
