Survivor: Game Changers Star Jeff Varner Apologizes to Zeke Smith: "Outing Someone Is Assault"

Zach Johnson
In hindsight, Jeff Varner would have treated Zeke Smith differently.
Realizing he was in danger of going home, Varner told the tribunal, "There is deception on levels here that these guys don't understand." Turning to Smith, he asked, "Why haven't you told anyone you're transgender?" Everyone—Smith included—was taken aback. While Smith said very little, several others leapt to his defense and yelled at Varner, who later apologized. When Jeff Probst explained that he had outed Smith not just to the other players, but also to the entire world, Varner said, "It never dawned on me that no one knew. I'm just devastated."
Varner issued another apology via Instagram after the episode aired.

By such standard, Grammy and "Warrior of Truth" awards winner late Joan Rivers had "assaulted" last First Lady shortwhile before she passed away?

Joan Rivers calls President Obama gay, says Michelle Obama is a 'tranny'

The DW watches this show. I walked in on the show and it had the two gay guys and I stated "The only thing this show is missing is a tran." Then Boom, there it is. Lol. Scripted SJW show is scripted.

A "reality star" was exposed to too much reality, is that correct?

Is it assault for a transgender person to have sex with someone without telling them they had surgery?

You are free to ask in advance and any lies could be called "fraud", so if you don't ask you might be in for a surprise.

Philippine court upholds guilty verdict on U.S. Marine in transgender woman's killing

The Philippine Court of Appeals has upheld a guilty verdict on a U.S. Marine for killing a transgender woman nearly three years ago, a case that stirred debate over the U.S. military presence in its former colony.

Pemberton had admitted choking but not killing Laude after, he said, he discovered that a man was giving him oral sex, not a woman. He had been charged with murder but was convicted of the lesser offence of homicide, which does not require malicious intent.

In a ruling dated April 3, but only made public on Monday, the Court of Appeals denied Pemberton's appeal due to "lack of merit".
It also raised the compensation he must pay Laude's family to 150,000 pesos ($3,000) from 80,000 pesos.

Well I don't think that tricking somebody into having sex is assault or fraud, but it's pretty funny because many feminists do.. They say that if a man lies to a woman and then has sex, it is rape.. but some how if a man thinks they are a woman, has surgery, then has sex with a man without telling them, that isn't fraud or rape.. Amazing.

My position is, do your due diligence before having sex with someone or accept the consequences. But I would say that having sex with a someone who you think is the opposite sex of how they present themselves is closer to assault than telling the truth about somebody.
