Which assumes the white House gave Nunes the documents. As Sean Spicer noted, doesn't pass the smell test. Why would Nunes show the documents to the white house that he received from the white house?

In Schiff's cognitive dissonance and panic, he says the white house has to explain why they "apparently" gave Nunes documents to be given back to them. Well, Adam, it is either that, or the white house didn't give Nunes the documents. Which would make a lot more sense, since Nunes went to the white house to show them.

Nunes says his sources were not the white house.

Also, Nunes says the surveillance and unmasking orders were given by a "very senior and well known intelligence official, and it was not from the FBI".

What will be interesting to see, is if Schiff denies there is any evidence Trump was spied on, ever again. (He won't. he has seen the cold hard evidence. He saw the legal loopty-doo they did to use foreign surveillance warrants to spy on Trump's people, and then "share" it with intelligence communities, who would eventually leak it to the press. He even already knows whose head is now on the chopping block.)

Also, note he is complaining that they were not shown the evidence, (procedurally) but they just were, all within the legal process of finding for a house intelligence committee investigation.
