(And they might, considering the pogrom they have been engaged in lately.)

Beau Willimon argues the president’s tweets pose “a national security threat.”

“House of Cards” creator Beau Willimon has had it with Donald Trump’s tweets. So much so that the creator of Netflix’s White House drama pleaded with Twitter on Saturday to delete the president’s accounts.

In a series of pointed tweets of his own, Willimon charged that Trump’s Twitter presence poses a “national security threat,” adding that it “emboldens our enemies to take advantage of his flagrant shortcomings.”

Willimon noted that Twitter is “amazing” and that it “connects the world.” But he said, “That comes with its own responsibility: to do your part in protecting that world.”

One of the president’s tweets in particular appears to have prompted Willimon’s argument. Early Saturday morning, Trump alleged on Twitter ― without any proof ― that then-President Barack Obama had his “‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower” before the election. Willimon said that comment is just the “latest example” of why Trump’s account should be deleted.

What if Russia hacks Trump's account and start twitting some crazy stuff. How will we be able to tell who is in control?

Obama wiretapped everyone's phones, not just Trump's

Hopefully someone from the NSA will develop PTSD and take part in a workplace mass-shooting. Better there than a school.

That's been my thought.. the feds have everyone under surveillance, why does Trump think he's special?

I do not think this is what happened. Trump's data was asked for specifically.

Whoa! That would be nutty! Could James Clapper trace the IP address of the sender?

What's your opinion on this?

Typical liberal douche bag that wants everyone's opinion but his own shut down. The thing is that the social media sites are liberal to begin with and they ARE shutting down opinions they don't agree with. Which is their right not being the government.

I think the time is ripe for something new, but I really don't know squat about building such things. My knowledge is only in building things that you live and work in.

Because he was a Candidate which the liberal mainstream news media mocked and insulted?

No way in hell. They know if they do that, Trump will move over to Gab and totally legitimize Twitter's until now small potatoes competitor. Trump doesn't really interact on Twitter much anymore. He just uses it to sound off. He can do that on Gab just as easily as Twitter. If he were to move to Gab the media will still have to cover his every "tweet" and Gab would get an avalanche of non-stop free publicity.

Twitter is already giving priority to negative responses when Trump Tweets. It has banned tons of conservatives and Trump supporters already. Twitter is heavy into censorship right now, along with Facebook and Youtube.

Unfortunately for them, there is that one man in the way of them doing whatever they want.

That was when liberalism actually meant Liberty and today it is redefined to mean red commie socialist.
