Evidence including a Affidavit of Innocence and signed Declaration of Innocence were both mailed to The White House thanks to myself and thanks to We Are Change news reporter Aaron Kesel.

A letter and some faxes were sent to The White House, and then was published thanks to his family.

Brian was the victim of a malicious criminal Frame Up attempt and will press for prosecution of whoever framed him with child porn.

If any of you wish to email U.S. President Donald J. Trump on supporting Brian's push for a full pardon on the basis of actual innocence? Please feel free to email The White House.

Even if the enemies of Trump prevent him from reading Brian's request for a pardon of Innocence, his correspondence letters shall be made public by his family which is what has happened today. Brian will correspond with the media and present whatever credible evidence he has.

U.S. Attorney Ripley Rand has resigned, so he no longer runs the show and will no longer keep Brian wrongfully convicted. The reason Brian was convicted was NOT because of evidence, he is not proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. They bullied Brian into falsely pleading guilty. The U.S. Marshals has refused to treat Brian's high blood sugars and refused to give him any diabetic insulin on June 4, 2014, before and during his Status Conference hearing at the L. Richardon Preyer Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. Then around 3:00PM he was treated when his blood sugar was discovered to be around 429 at Orange County Jail in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Brian's entire guilty plea was manufactured by the U.S. Marshals torturing him by denying him any diabetic insulin while he was at Federal Court hearings.

Then after he told the Judge "I'm in fact guilty!" his medical care was taken more seriously by the U.S. Marshals. He was taken to Moses H. Cone Hospital on November 7, 2014, when he was supposed to have his Sentencing hearing on that day, but was rescheduled to November 10, 2014. His blood sugar was over 500 for two times, and again it was while he was at Orange County Jail in Hillsborough, NC.

So one way to coerce false guilty pleas is by denying diabetic insulin to inmates. The evidence is quite clear, Brian was to be denied diabetic insulin every time he went to Court because he wanted to resist his charge and claim his actual innocence to a Jury.

Brian has presented compelling evidence why he was forced to falsely plead guilty. Brian should be pardoned by U.S. President Donald Trump or be given a new trial immediately.

You got a good point. Brian even considered bringing up a comment on C-SPAN when a relevant topic on "pardons" and "wrongful convictions" is discussed during the Viewer Caller hours.

Brian will consider what you said. Once a family member of his gets the public mailing addresses to him, he will send photocopies of what he had sent to The White House, along with a personalized and short letter.

Hopefully this will work. Brian is willing to do what it takes to prove his Innocence but the stinken court appointed lawyer told him he will face a perjury charge under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, as well as an obstruction of justice charge when he is convinced that Brian is guilty, then threatens Brian not to prove his Innocence. Yeah that sounds like a Prosecuting Attorney pretending to be his defense lawyer.

Brian tried to get a former FBI Agent to examine his seized Laptop and the SBI is refusing to talk to any computer forensic expert regarding examining Brian's computer. If Brian was guilty as sin, why are they blocking Brian at every interval in attempting to prove that he didn't attempt to possess images, that he was framed with them. Former FBI Agent Kevin Wetzel attempted to contact the SBI and they would not get back to him on the issue of Brian's seized Laptop but got back to him over conducting other computer examinations.

Brian pissed off some nasty political people in North Carolina. Even Bryan R. Holloway, a Constitutional patriot republican, resigned without really any good explanation then was replaced by Phil Berger fan Kyle Hall. Brioan is losing the battle in North Carolina to prove his Innocence because of political corrupt and maneuvering. Brian's last stand is to go to any media or radio show correspondent that is willing to listen.
