But more importantly, will the whitehouse be building up our military for a war with isis in the Middle East? How are we going to pay for that? Will the drug war continue with renewed vigor? Why are we still paying for that?

"CNN, New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Politico shut out of White House gaggle with Sean Spicer today."

"Among the outlets not permitted to cover the gaggle were various news organizations that Trump has singled out in the past including CNN, The NYT, The Hill, Politico, BuzzFeed, the Daily Mail, BBC, the Los Angeles Times and the New York Daily News."

"Several non mainstream outlets were allowed into Spicer’s office, including Breitbart, the Washington Times and One America News Network. Several other major news organizations were also let in to cover the gaggle. That group included ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Reuters and Bloomberg, however AP and Time have boycotted the event."

The agenda doesn't include issues of substance..

Those must be dealt with behind closed doors.

But I'm tickled to see CNN shut out...:D

I'm sure Breitbart and OAN will stay on top of it and ask questions about the things that really matter.

Jeff Zucker, the current president of CNN

Are you saying he might be cozy with those MSM people despite the narrative that he is not? When I watched the trump press conference last week I got that feeling that it was entertainment, and it was, but he kept going back to the hostile reporter from CNN who seemed to keep setting trump up for an entertaining show down. Makes you think....

Trump has historically had a mutually beneficial relationship with the media execs.

That makes him no different then Hillary and the rest of the political class. An enemy of Liberty.

That all changed the day he announced he was running for president. More specifically, the day he laid out his foreign policy platform.

You guys are on crack if you believe that Trump is cozy with CNN. CNN - a deep state propaganda outlet - intends to destroy him, because as Kucinich puts it:

"Whether you're for Trump or against Trump, the White House is under attack from elements inside the intelligence community which are trying to elevate tensions between Russia and the United States, and at the bottom of that is money, an agenda, for somebody to cash in on conflict between the US and Russia at any level"

If that were true, they wouldn't have let him phone in and give extended interviews where he talks about other networks:

There is the distinct possibility that this is political "professional wrestling".

On the other hand, the press has the "right" to print just about anything it wants, but it does not have the "right" to be invited into every meeting, conference, party or dinner.

Either Donald or the press plays the heel, depending on the POV. Both sides win, as long as the fanbase is divided.

Maybe since trump is not being blacked out the media wants us to hear about him? What if he is not what he says he is, but in fact trying to distract those that want those things? It certainly has distracted the left, maybe ultimately it's distracting the right too? Who does that leave to pay attention to real issues?

I turned the radio on coming home and they were going apeshit. In fact, the "news" channel doesn't talk about much else.

Trump is nothing like Hillary. Can you imagine Hillary saying "Ask Jeff Zucker how he got his job?" at a press conference? He hates these people precisely because he knows them so well. That picture was from when Trump had The Apprentice and Zucker was head honcho at NBC. Trump wasn't a politician back then. He was TV Producer, and Zucker was the guy who decided how much he got paid and whether his show got canceled or not. Of course he's going to be friendly towards him.

Lying about Trump only makes him grow stronger.

Trust takes time to build up. And people hating here on Trump wipe their slate clean with every post.

Trump is doing everything deplorables elected him to do.

Libertarian criticisms I share but I have perspective. He is going to cut government, withdraw from large parts of the world and shore up economy.

Where's that "What you will now see from the media" thread?

Both Trump admin and the media are blacking out real news in favor of this reality show drama. Makes ya wonder what's going on behind the scenes, doesn't it? All this drama is coming off as very scripted and intentional to distract from actual foreign policy and economic news.

The neocon foreign policy is not leading from behind or withdrawing from large parts of the world, in fact it looks like we are just going to replace the power vacuum the ISIS is going to create.

The story of the week: Trump, the FBI and Russia. The rest is just Distraction. (https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/feb/25/trump-russia-fbi-white-house-priebus)

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

I've assumed that sort of thing was the norm, various intel agencies of the US and foreign countries working together behind the scenes toward the NWO agenda. Never thought Obama and Putin were opponents in the first place. No reason to think Trump and Putin are either. Russia already has a Rothschild central bank so it's relatively safe to assume the FSB is controlled by their agents, as is the Trump administration. As was the Obama administration, etc.

This is just marketing because he was adding all of these insiders to high positions in his cabinet. This is how he can say he is different then Obama or any other politician because he doesn't joke around about serious issues :o
